Managed Support Services at IDENETY means we take full operational ownership of your IT — monitoring, patching, securing, backing up, administering Microsoft 365, and answering your users' tickets — for a predictable monthly fee. You get an engineering team, not a help desk. Business hours coverage is Mon–Fri 8am–5pm CT; COMPLETE plan adds on-demand after-hours response. CORE starts at $65 per endpoint (EDR/XDR included) and $100 per server per month; COMPLETE adds full cybersecurity for $100 per endpoint and $215 per server per month.
